1. 引言
欢迎使用 CHUYAN AI（亦称 HI CHUYAN，以下统称「本服务」）。本服务由深圳逸云轻裳科技有限公司（Shenzhen Yiyun Light Garment Technology Co., Ltd.，以下称「我们」）运营，面向创作者与团队提供 AI 图片生成、视频生成、智能修图、素材采集与创意工作流。
本政策说明我们如何收集、使用、存储、共享和删除个人信息。使用本服务即表示您已阅读本政策。如不同意，请停止使用。
第三方网站、模型服务商或支付渠道有其独立政策，本政策不覆盖这些第三方自行处理的数据。
2. 我们收集哪些信息
2.1 您主动提供的信息
- 账号信息：用户名、电子邮箱、密码（加密存储）、头像、昵称、团队成员身份。
- 创作内容：提示词、上传的参考图 / 视频 / 音频、画布与项目数据、生成结果、会话记录。
- 客服沟通：您通过邮件或其他渠道提交的问题、截图与联系方式。
- 积分与会员：当前在线支付尚未接入。如后续开通，我们可能保存订单号、套餐、支付状态等必要记账信息；我们不会自行存储完整银行卡号。
2.2 自动收集的信息
- 设备与浏览器类型、操作系统、语言、时区、大致地理位置（由 IP 推断到城市 / 国家级别，不收集精确 GPS）。
- 日志数据：访问时间、页面路径、任务状态、错误信息，用于故障排查与安全防护。
2.3 来自其他来源的信息
- 若您使用第三方账号登录（如 Google），我们仅接收您授权共享的标识、昵称、头像和已验证邮箱。
- 若您连接 Pinterest，我们仅在您授权的范围内读取账号、图板和 Pin，详见第 5 节。
3. 我们如何使用信息
我们仅在提供、维护和改进本服务所必要的范围内使用信息，包括：
- 创建与管理账号、登录会话和权限；
- 完成您发起的生成、编辑、画布和素材管理任务；
- 在您明确选择后，将 Pinterest 参考图用于当前创作；
- 计费、积分、安全、反滥用、故障排查和客户支持；
- 发送服务通知（例如授权失效、政策更新）；
- 遵守适用法律、回应合法请求、保护用户和平台安全。
我们不会出售您的个人信息，也不会将其用于跨应用的个性化广告画像。
4. AI 处理说明
当您发起生成或编辑任务时，相关提示词、参考素材（可能包括您选择的 Pinterest 图片）会通过加密连接发送至已接入的第三方 AI 服务完成推理。模型可用性、输出质量和内容规则以其服务条款为准。
我们不会使用您的提示词、上传素材或 Pinterest 数据来训练我们自有的基础模型。第三方模型服务商仅在完成您当次请求所需范围内处理内容，并受其自身条款约束。
请勿上传您无权处理的个人敏感信息、未成年人肖像或商业秘密。
5. Pinterest API 与数据
5.1 非附属声明
CHUYAN AI / HI CHUYAN 由深圳逸云轻裳科技有限公司独立开发与运营。我们与 Pinterest, Inc. 不存在附属、合资、代言或官方合作关系。Pinterest 的名称、标识和 API 归 Pinterest 所有，我们仅依据 Pinterest 开发者条款，在用户授权后调用官方 API。
5.2 我们访问哪些 Pinterest 数据
仅在您点击「连接 Pinterest」并完成官方 OAuth 授权后，我们可能读取：
- Pinterest 用户标识与公开用户名；
- 您授权范围内的图板信息；
- 您授权范围内的 Pin（含图片预览地址、标题、链接等 API 返回字段）；
- 用于维持授权的 OAuth access token / refresh token。
我们不会索取您的 Pinterest 密码、会话 Cookie，也不会抓取未经授权的他人账号数据。
5.3 使用目的
Pinterest 数据仅用于：在 CHUYAN AI 中展示您自己的灵感参考、搜索/浏览已授权 Pin 与图板，以及在您主动选择某张图片后，将其作为当前生成任务的参考图。我们不会把 Pinterest 数据用于广告定向、数据经纪或与本服务无关的分析。
5.4 不出售、不转售、不对外再分发
我们不会出售、出租、转售或向任何第三方再分发通过 Pinterest API 获得的数据（包括账号信息、Pin、图板和访问令牌）。不会将 Pinterest 数据提供给广告网络、数据经纪商或其他广告服务。仅在完成您选择的生成任务所必要时，将您主动选定的参考图发送给相应 AI 处理服务。
5.5 断开连接后的删除
出现以下任一情形时，我们将删除本站保存的 Pinterest 访问令牌、刷新令牌及缓存的账号标识，且在合理期限内完成，至迟不超过 30 日：
- 您在 CHUYAN AI 中断开 Pinterest 连接；
- 您在 Pinterest 账号设置中撤销对本应用的授权；
- 您删除 CHUYAN AI 账号；
- Pinterest 或适用法律要求删除；
- 相关数据已不再为实现授权目的所必需。
断开后，本服务将无法继续读取您的 Pinterest 内容。依法必须保留的极少量安全或审计日志会去标识化处理。
6. 信息共享
除下列情形外，我们不与第三方共享可用于识别您身份的信息：
- 服务提供商：云基础设施、对象存储、邮件和已接入的 AI 模型服务，仅按指令处理必要数据。
- 您选择的第三方：如 Pinterest、Google 登录，仅在您授权后交换完成功能所需的最小信息。
- 法律要求：为遵守法律法规、响应有权机关的合法请求，或保护用户、公众和我们的合法权益。
- 公司重组：如发生合并、收购或资产转让，接收方须继续受本政策或同等保护约束。
7. 数据安全
我们采取与业务相称的技术与组织措施，包括 HTTPS/TLS 传输、访问控制、Pinterest 令牌加密存储、最小权限和定期排查。任何互联网传输都无法保证绝对安全，请使用强密码并妥善保管账号。重要作品请自行下载备份。
8. 保存期限
我们在实现收集目的所必需的期限内保存信息。账号存续期间，创作内容会按您的项目与资产设置保留。账号删除后，我们将删除或匿名化个人数据；法律要求保留的订单、发票或安全日志除外。
9. 您的权利
在适用法律范围内，您可以：
- 访问、更正您的账号资料；
- 导出或删除您的创作内容；
- 断开 Pinterest 或其他第三方授权；
- 注销账号并请求删除相关个人信息；
- 撤回基于同意的处理（不影响撤回前的合法性）。

10. Cookie 与本地存储
我们使用必要的 Cookie / 本地存储来维持登录会话、界面偏好（如语言、水印开关）和安全防护。我们不使用广告跟踪 Cookie，也不向广告网络共享浏览行为。
11. 未成年人
本服务不面向 13 周岁以下（或您所在司法辖区规定的更高最低年龄）的儿童。如果我们发现收集了此类信息，将尽快删除。监护人如发现相关情况，请联系我们。
12. 政策更新
我们可能更新本政策。重大变更会在本页面更新「更新日期」，并在服务内以合理方式提示。更新后继续使用，表示您接受修订后的政策。

1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Shenzhen Yiyun Light Garment Technology Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and deletes personal information when you use CHUYAN AI / HI CHUYAN (the “Service”) at https://hichuyan.com/.
The Service provides AI image generation, video generation, intelligent retouching, reference collection, and creative workflows. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Service.
This Policy does not cover third-party products or websites, including AI model providers and Pinterest itself, which have their own policies.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you provide
- Account data: username, email address, hashed password, avatar, display name, and team membership.
- Creative content: prompts, uploaded images / video / audio, canvas and project data, generated outputs, and conversation history.
- Support: messages, screenshots, and contact details you send us.
- Credits / membership: online payments are not enabled at this time. If billing is later introduced, we may keep order IDs, plan type, and payment status. We will not store full payment-card numbers.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Device and browser type, operating system, language, time zone, and approximate location inferred from IP address (city / country level, not precise GPS).
- Log data such as access times, page paths, job status, and error records, used for security and troubleshooting.
2.3 Information from other sources
- If you sign in with a third-party account (for example Google), we receive only the identifier, name, avatar, and verified email you authorize.
- If you connect Pinterest, we receive account, board, and Pin data within the scopes you grant. See Section 5.
3. How we use information
We use personal information only as needed to operate and improve the Service, including to:
- create and manage accounts, sessions, and permissions;
- run generation, editing, canvas, and asset features you request;
- use a Pinterest image as a reference only after you select it;
- handle credits, security, abuse prevention, debugging, and customer support;
- send service notices such as authorization expiry or policy updates;
- comply with law and protect users and the Service.
We do not sell personal information and do not use it for cross-app targeted advertising.
4. AI processing
When you start a generation or edit, the relevant prompt and reference media (which may include a Pinterest image you selected) are sent over HTTPS to the configured third-party AI providers so they can complete that request.
We do not use your prompts, uploads, or Pinterest data to train our own foundation models. Third-party providers process content only to fulfill the request you initiated and under their own terms.
Do not upload sensitive personal data, images of minors, or confidential business materials you are not allowed to process.
5. Pinterest API and data
5.1 Non-affiliation
CHUYAN AI / HI CHUYAN is independently developed and operated by Shenzhen Yiyun Light Garment Technology Co., Ltd. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially partnered with Pinterest, Inc. Pinterest names, marks, and APIs belong to Pinterest. We call the official Pinterest API only after a user grants OAuth authorization, in accordance with Pinterest’s developer terms.
5.2 Pinterest data we may access
Only after you click “Connect Pinterest” and complete official OAuth may we access:
- Pinterest user ID and public username;
- boards within the granted scopes;
- Pins within the granted scopes (preview image URL, title, link, and other fields returned by the API);
- OAuth access and refresh tokens needed to maintain the connection.
We do not ask for your Pinterest password or session cookies, and we do not scrape other people’s accounts.
5.3 Purpose of use
Pinterest data is used only to show your own reference Pins and boards inside CHUYAN AI, and, if you actively select an image, to use it as a reference for the current generation job. We do not use Pinterest data for advertising, data brokerage, or unrelated profiling.
5.4 No sale or redistribution of Pinterest data
We do not sell, rent, resell, or redistribute Pinterest API data (including account information, Pins, boards, and tokens) to any third party. We do not provide Pinterest data to advertising networks, data brokers, or other advertising services. A reference image is sent to an AI provider only when you select it for a generation job.
5.5 Deletion when Pinterest is disconnected
We delete stored Pinterest access tokens, refresh tokens, and cached account identifiers without undue delay, and in any event within 30 days, when any of the following occurs:
- you disconnect Pinterest inside CHUYAN AI;
- you revoke the app in your Pinterest account settings;
- you delete your CHUYAN AI account;
- Pinterest or applicable law requires deletion;
- the data is no longer needed for the authorized purpose.
After disconnection, the Service can no longer read your Pinterest content. A limited amount of security or audit logs may be retained in de-identified form where legally required.
6. Sharing
We do not share identifiable personal information except:
- Service providers that host infrastructure, store files, send email, or run AI models, processing data only on our instructions;
- Services you connect, such as Pinterest or Google sign-in, limited to what is needed after you authorize them;
- Legal requests where disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect users, the public, or our rights;
- Corporate transactions such as a merger or asset sale, in which the recipient must honor this Policy or equivalent protection.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including HTTPS/TLS, access control, encrypted storage of Pinterest tokens, and least-privilege practices. No internet transmission is perfectly secure. Please use a strong password and keep your own copies of important work.
8. Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Service. Creative content remains while your account and projects exist. After account deletion we delete or de-identify personal data, except records we must keep for legal, tax, or security reasons.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may:
- access and correct your account profile;
- export or delete your creative content;
- disconnect Pinterest or other third-party authorizations;
- delete your account and request deletion of related personal data;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

10. Cookies and local storage
We use necessary cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences such as watermark settings, and protect the Service. We do not use advertising cookies and do not share browsing activity with ad networks.
11. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, or the higher minimum age in your jurisdiction. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it. Guardians may contact us if they believe a child has provided personal data.
12. Updates
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notified in the Service. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Policy.
